The top 5 things I learned from the video we watched today were:
#1: Don't use in-camera effects, only add effects later in editing
#2: Always bring extra memory cards or memory devices incase one goes bad
#3: Always do white balance before shooting on the camera
#4: Always bring headphones so that you can hear the audio and make sure its good
#5: Dont change the side the person you are videoing is on
The 2 videos I chose for this are Everybody has a story: Veteran and Everybody has a story: Odd Couple.
In the Everybody has a story: Veteran video, it uses Hey you see so because at the start of the video It talks about him being a veteran (Hey), then it talks about how he fought in the war and how he married his wife (You), then it talks about how he mailed the ring to his wife and how they got married and how he sent the letter to the president (See), and then it talks about how his letter to the president was in a museum about the war he fought in (So).
In the Everybody has a story: Odd Couple video, Hey you see so is used because when the story starts, it talks about how a elephant and a small dog are friends even though they are so different, then it talks about how long they have been friends and how the became friends (You), and then there is the part where the dog got injured and the elephant wanted to see the dog because the elephant missed the dog (See), and the finally it talks about how good of friends they are and how they get along and are friends even though they are so different (So).
